Thumpin Thursdays Week 6: Dillon Francis, Psychic Type And More!

Sorry for missing last weeks set, we were all on vaction! But we’re back and this weeks playlist features tons of progressive house, with a few trap and dubstep songs interspersed. I’ve been in a huge progressive house kick lately so you’ll definitely be feeling that throughout the set. Turn the volume up and get ready for the weekend. Enjoy!

Kissy Sell Out just dropped a remix to the popular song featured in the “Drive” soundtrack. The original song is amazing, and combined with Kissy’s insane trap sound it turned out to be a pretty amazing track. The vocal chops and overall vibe of the sound is incredibly chilled out. Turn it up!

Skizzy Mars – Phases The Mixtape

Skizzy Mars - Phases

After a long wait, the young rapper Skizzy Mars has finally dropped his first full mixtape project entitled Phases. With features by G-Eazy and Connor Youngblood, this mixtape will for sure start a popularity storm for the young rapper. This project has been in the works for years and some of his most popular songs will be included on it such as, “Douchebag,” and, “Sirens.” Grubbers be sure not to sleep on this one and download it from below or from his website

Sail Trap – Samples

If you don’t like Enya you are straight up insane, and if you are not a fan of this remix you don’t belong here. Samples managed to take one of my favorite Enya songs and put an incredibly chilled out vibe onto the already awesome track. It’s not entirely over produced, and it’s got some of the craziest sound I’ve heard in a while. Please listen to this track. Enjoy.

BenZel – Fallin’ Love (Alex Young Remix)

The young trap prodigy Alex Young is back with another genius song, remixing Fallin’ Love by BenZel. This kid is easily in my top 3 favorite trap artists right now, and everything he pushes out is insanely original and catchy. With this remix, he combines his classic synth and baselines with the incredibly catchy vocals from the original song. This song is a must listen. Enjoy!

Skizzy Mars — Nostalgia (Interlude)

Well, it’s a short 2 days until Skizzy Mars drops Phases, and he teased us yet again with the interlude to the mixtape titled “Nostalgia”. Even being an interlude, Skiz still drops insane verses over a unique instrumental beat. If you’re like me, and are just dying to get your hands on this mixtape, Skizzy also teased the tracklist for Phases which you can find here. Sit back and enjoy!

Ellie Goulding and Madeon – Stay Awake

When I saw Madeon posted this song to his Facebook saying it was available I was so pumped. Two extremely talented artists like Madeon and Ellie Goulding are bound to create something insane when they collaberate. The song they’ve produced is an EDM masterpiece that is sure to get people going. Turn the volume up and go nuts.

Will Brennan – RNR (ENFERNO Remix)

EarGrub is back from break! We enjoyed some warm sun, but now we’re back in the freezing cold Wisconsin weather and ready to feed your ears again. Today we have a track that Enferno decided to release and it is quite the banging remix to Will Brennan’s song RNR. Some of my favorite stuff to come across is hard hitting trap with absolutely disgusting baselines, and this song fits that criteria. It combines some super crunchy vocals from the original song with Enferno’s genius production. Turn the volume up and enjoy!
