This aptly named indie electronica group out of Brighton, England create a truly euphoric experience for their listeners. On this track, Phoria weaves dream-like vocals in and out of an ethereal instrumental of piano, drums, and synth to make for a smooth, cathartic listen. Phoria is for those who use music to achieve solitude and tranquility, so if that’s you, stream this song below and watch out for their EP Display scheduled to come out June 16.

Dimitri Vegas, Moguai & Like Mike – Mammoth (Coone Remix)

coone pic

As a lead-up to this year’s Tomorrowland, the creators of the hit song and Tomorrowland anthem “Mammoth” have allowed Coone to remix their most famous song. Lending his unique hardstyle sound to the bigroom feel of the original, Coone revamped the massive sound of “Mammoth” to fit the ever-changing mood of dance music. I’ve really been grooving on hardstyle lately, and Coone is my guy, so I’d recommend him to anyone who is down for a good time!

Matoma & Nelsaan – Free Fallin Tropical Mojito Remix

Matoma is quickly becoming one of my favorite producers to listen to this summer. His ability to spin any track into a lush, sunny summer track is unparalleled. For the latest joint he decided to spin some John Mayer into a wavy summertime jam. Be sure to download this and play it around the fire! Enjoy.

Louis Futon – Sir Rock

Screen Shot 2014-05-29 at 4.51.52 PM

Louis Futon is a duo from Philly that “love to bump” , and in my opinion that’s a pretty good way to describe their style of music. Bumping. Everyone of their tracks has a groovy tempo, incredible beat styling, and enchanting accompanying vocals. With their newest release, “Sir Rock”, they kept with their signature vibe, and truly created a bumpin’ track. Take a listen.

Tinashe – Days In The West (Drake Cover) (Ekali Remix)

As promised we’ve got some new Ekali coming your way! This Remix shows some of Ekali’s trap side that has been heard prior to the track. Here Ekali remixes Tinashe’s cover of “Days In The West” by Drake. The beginning of the track includes some great brass sounds that accentuate the down beat perfectly. As the song progresses we see more trap style beats emerging with a lot of 808s. Enjoy this new Ekali, and be on the look out for his new EP coming soon.

Ghostface Killah and BADBADNOTGOOD feat. Danny Brown – Six Degrees

ghost

After the release of their latest effort, III, a few weeks ago, Toronto genre-blenders BADBADNOTGOOD collaborate with Wu-Tang’s own Ghostface Killah to create a wonderfully atmospheric joint to be released on 10-inch. I’ve really started getting into the jazzy sound that BADBADNOTGOOD has been providing lately. This is all due to their latest project being immensely lush and creatively bottomless. I had pretty much slept on these dudes up until III, but I’m glad I’m finally in on this group. Even better, now we are getting a track emceed by Ghostface with a guest verse from one of the most noticeably different rappers in the game today, Danny Brown. All these artists come together in a great way, and I implore all of you to learn yourself something and peep this joint. Enjoy yourself.

If you are looking to cop the 10″, it’s out June 24th via Lex along with an instrumental of “Tone’s Rap.”

R3hab & NERVO & Ummet Ozcan – Revolution (Audien)

Audien-3

Connecticut DJ Audien just released this highly anticipated remix via Spinnin’ Records, and I have to say it lives up to the hype. He keeps NERVO’s uplifting vocals intact, but adds a fast-paced baseline to kick the song up a notch. He arrests his audience with anticipation before an incredibly satisfying drop that is hard to get out of your head. I can’t wait to bump this track while cruising on the highway this summer. Peep it below.

Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith – La La La (White Panda x Gazzo Remix)

White Panda, arguably the electro world’s most talented duo, has done it again. From being a star at the Firefly Music Festival to cranking out 27 singles to hit the #1 spot on Hype Machine, White Panda has mastered EDM production. Their latest release was in collaboration with Gazzo, and this combo couldn’t be any better. Gazzo’s funky electrohouse vibes and the insane bass drops from WP make me go to say that this remix is better than the original. The strong synth increase blended with the added percussion lines just make “La La La” a fantastic dance tune. To add, the layering is so seamless that every new addition merges with the original perfectly. No matter what I say I won’t be able to do this song any justice, so I encourage that you go out and check it for yourself. Whether or not you dig this one, take a listen to other tunes from WP and Gazzo – they’re sure to impress. Enjoy.

ANDRU – HOME

10312529_654782337926582_2919586454632288642_n

ANDRU is an “unbounded musical project” started by Simon Rosen, a producer from Montreal. Ever since this talented musician stepped into the spotlight, he’s been firing out releases like its nothing. All of his tracks hold a certain vibe and energy, with chilled out synths and slow paced tempos, all of his songs manage to keep you relaxed, but really make you feel some strong emotions. His newest track, “HOME” is a dark and groovy track thats fit in well with his self made genre. Enjoy.
